This week’s challenge is to great a ‘dreamscape’ image. This involves taking the same photograph, superimposing one copy over another and blurring the base layer, then adjusting colours and other things.
I took this photograph in St Barnabas churchyard at 7am today.
This week’s assignment was to take a ‘golden hour’ photograph, just after sunrise or around sunset. The week has been mostly overcast, but I did see this light in the birch trees in front of my study window as I was working one evening.
The challenge for this week is Street Photography.
This morning I sat on a bench at the end of the High Street in Bishop’s Waltham with my camera in my lap, using the flip out screen. I was not looking at the camera, but pressed the shutter button when the ‘target’ was lined up with the number plate of the car on the left. Although the second lady is looking at the camera, I don’t think she registered that I took the picture.
The same photo, in colour and black and white. I have just spent time getting into the detail of Snapseed photo editor on my tablet and phone.
Am experiment using layers in the processing, combining 2 images (the clouds and the sunflowers), and then adjusting the colours.
I took this photograph as I was getting ready to photograph the firework display last week.
